PRICE, BOOKING,PAYMENT, RESCHEDULE, AND CANCELATION Term;

I. Pricing Terms;

Currency & Price Validity: All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The applicable rate is the price displayed at the time the Client/User places an order or confirms a transaction.

Price Adjustments: Kingdom Men Spa Home Service reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust product/service rates at any time without prior notice, including currency conversions depending on the selected payment method. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid in full by the Client.

Taxes: Unless stated otherwise in writing, all listed prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable taxes.

Pricing Errors: In the event of a technical error or misprint regarding service pricing on the platform/invoice, Kingdom Men Spa Home Service reserves the right to cancel the affected booking, issue a revised invoice, and reschedule the appointment at no additional cost to the client.

II. BOOKING;

Information Confirmation: Customers/Guests are required to provide accurate personal details and booking specifications. Any corrections or data updates must be reported to the on-duty admin before the meeting agreement or scheduling is confirmed.

Booking Status: A booking is deemed valid and scheduled only after the Customer completes the confirmation process and/or performs payment in accordance with applicable terms.

III. PAYMENT TERM;

  • Upfront Payment: To secure and guarantee service scheduling, Customers are required to make full payment (100%) in advance before therapist services are rendered.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are considered valid only when executed through official channels or bank accounts designated by management.

  • Settlement & Validity: A transaction is considered complete once full cleared funds are received in our system/account. Failed transactions or cancellations by financial institutions will result in automatic booking cancellation.

  • Additional Fees; In addition to the base price of the services, the Client/User may incur additional charges, including but not limited to

  • Transport Fees: Transportation costs are additional travel fees charged for certain regions or areas. Please contact the administrator for further explanation and the adjusted transportation rates.

  • Transaction Fees: Select payment methods or third-party services (such as payment gateways, credit cards, or virtual accounts) may incur additional administrative or processing fees, which will be disclosed prior to payment completion Bank administrative fees, payment gateway charges, or transfer fees (if applicable) shall be borne entirely by the Customer.

  • Additional Services / Customization Fees: Any requests for service modifications, duration extensions, extra features, or adjustments outside the original agreement will incur additional charges as agreed upon in writing.

  • Discounts and Promotions

Price reductions, discounts, promo codes, or promotional vouchers are valid only within the specified promotional period and remain subject to the terms and conditions established for each respective campaign.

IV. RESCHEDULE TERM;

Should a Customer wish to alter the agreed appointment time or schedule, all bills and payments must be paid in full prior to rescheduling.

  • Submission Deadline: Schedule change confirmations must be submitted to the on-duty Admin before the designated deadline to ensure new slot availability.

V. CANCELLATION TERM ;

  • If a booked service is cancelled due to any reason prior to the agreed date or at least 2 hours before the therapist arrives, a refund will be issued subject to applicable administrative / cancellation fees.

  • An order is considered to have occurred or to be in progress and cannot be canceled if the therapist has arrived and met with the client; under any circumstances, the transaction CANNOT BE CANCELED

VI. Cancellation & Refund Policy

I. Right to Cancel You are entitled to cancel your order within 5 days without giving any reason, provided that the cancellation is requested at least 2 days prior to the scheduled Kingdom Men Spa Home Service appointment.

II. Cancellation Timeframe The deadline to cancel an order placed independently through kingdommenspa.com is within 4 days from the original booking date.

III. Cancellation Process To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a clear, written statement.

IV. Refund Processing Period We will process your refund no later than 7 days from the date we receive your official cancellation form.

V. Deductions and Administrative Fees Refunds will not be issued at 100% of the original payment. All refunds are subject to deduction for administrative fees and bank transaction charges, which vary depending on the respective banking institution.

VI. Refund Structure The refund percentage is calculated based on the notice given prior to the scheduled service date (H = Service Date):

  • H-4 (4 Days Prior): 45% refund of the total amount paid, minus third-party financial processing fees.

  • H-3 (3 Days Prior): 35% refund of the total amount paid, minus third-party financial processing fees.

  • H-2 (2 Days Prior): 25% refund of the total amount paid, minus third-party financial processing fees.

  • H-1 (1 Day Prior): 15% refund of the total amount paid, minus third-party financial processing fees.

VII. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling your appointment with Kingdom Men Spa Home Service is complimentary, subject to the following conditions:

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 4 days before the originally scheduled appointment and no later than 1 day before the desired new date.

VIII. Customer Protection & Liability

  • Kingdom Men Spa fully assumes responsibility for all service delivery and bookings made through kingdommenspa.com. Our therapists strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Please report any misconduct or procedural violations to us immediately.

  • Customers assume all risks and liabilities for arrangements made privately with therapists without the knowledge of Kingdom Men Spa Home Service. Kingdom Men Spa Home Service shall not be held liable for any material or non-material damages arising from bookings made outside our official channels.

IX. Acknowledgment By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.
