Cancellation & Refund Policy
I. Right to Cancel You are entitled to cancel your order within 5 days without giving any reason, provided that the cancellation is requested at least 2 days prior to the scheduled Kingdom Men Spa Home Service appointment.
II. Cancellation Timeframe The deadline to cancel an order placed independently through kingdommenspa.com is within 4 days from the original booking date.
III. Cancellation Process To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a clear, written statement.

IV. Refund Processing Period We will process your refund no later than 7 days from the date we receive your official cancellation form.
V. Deductions and Administrative Fees Refunds will not be issued at 100% of the original payment. All refunds are subject to deduction for administrative fees and bank transaction charges, which vary depending on the respective banking institution.
VI. Refund Structure The refund percentage is calculated based on the notice given prior to the scheduled service date (H = Service Date):
H-4 (4 Days Prior): 45% refund of the total amount paid, minus third-party financial processing fees.
H-3 (3 Days Prior): 35% refund of the total amount paid, minus third-party financial processing fees.
H-2 (2 Days Prior): 25% refund of the total amount paid, minus third-party financial processing fees.
H-1 (1 Day Prior): 15% refund of the total amount paid, minus third-party financial processing fees.
VII. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling your appointment with Kingdom Men Spa Home Service is complimentary, subject to the following conditions:
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 4 days before the originally scheduled appointment and no later than 1 day before the desired new date.
VIII. Customer Protection & Liability
Kingdom Men Spa fully assumes responsibility for all service delivery and bookings made through kingdommenspa.com. Our therapists strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Please report any misconduct or procedural violations to us immediately.
Customers assume all risks and liabilities for arrangements made privately with therapists without the knowledge of Kingdom Men Spa Home Service. Kingdom Men Spa Home Service shall not be held liable for any material or non-material damages arising from bookings made outside our official channels.
